What Anisukii is

Anisukii publishes news about anime, manga, video games, otaku culture and Japan. It also offers Animedle (a daily puzzle where you guess anime, manga, characters and openings), community polls, today’s birthdays and Suki, a chibi you can customise with items unlocked with virtual coins.

Terms of use

Your account

• You must be at least 14 to create an account.
• Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done with your account.
• Your display name must not be offensive, impersonate anyone or infringe anyone else’s rights.

Coins

Anisukii coins are virtual: they have no monetary value, can’t be bought with money, exchanged for money or moved to another account, and can only be used to unlock chibi items on the site. We may adjust how many coins each action gives or how much each item costs.

Fair play

You must not:

• Cheat at Animedle, the polls or news reading: using programs or scripts that play, vote or read for you, trying to work out the answer by technical means, or exploiting bugs on the site.
• Create several accounts to vote more than once or earn more coins.
• Overload the site or its services with automated requests, or try to access other people’s data.
• Use the site for anything illegal or harmful to others.

If we detect this kind of use, we may cancel the coins, games or votes involved and suspend or delete the account. If you find a bug, we’d be grateful if you told us by email.

Intellectual property

• The news articles, the Anisukii name and logo, the site design and Suki belong to Anisukii. You are welcome to share links to articles, but please don’t copy full texts without permission.
• News images belong to their owners (studios, publishers, distributors, etc.). They are used for news reporting and each article shows its credit.
• Anime, manga and video game titles, characters and trademarks belong to their owners. Data and images in Animedle, birthdays and polls come from AniList, and opening audio comes from AnimeThemes.

If you own any content and want it removed or its credit corrected, email kristinelgg@gmail.com and we will look into it as soon as possible.

Liability

• We take care to get the news right, but articles may contain mistakes or become outdated. If you spot one, let us know.
• We try to keep the site running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or because of issues with our providers. Animedle, the polls and the shop may change or stop being available.
• We are not liable for damage resulting from use of the site that breaks these terms.

Links to other websites

Articles and other pages link to external websites (sources, official sites, AniList, social media…). We don’t control their content or privacy policies, which are up to each site. If a link leads to unlawful content, let us know and we will remove it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If a dispute arises, we will try to resolve it by talking to you first. If you are a consumer, you can also go to the courts where you live.
