Cookie policy

Anisukii only uses cookies and browser storage to make the site work and to remember the choices you make. We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and no third party sets cookies through our site.
What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser and that is sent back to the server on each visit. Local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) are similar, but they stay in your browser and are never sent to the server. The first lasts until you clear it; the second, until you close the tab.
What we use
Everything is first-party (set by anisukii.com, not by a third party). The session cookie is created by the library of our account provider, Supabase, but it is stored on our domain and only sent to our site.

The anisukii-local key only exists in the test version of the site (without a database) and is not used on anisukii.com.
Why we don’t show a cookie banner
Spanish law (Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE) doesn’t require consent for strictly necessary cookies or for cookies that remember a preference you have chosen, such as language or theme. The Spanish Data Protection Agency’s cookie guidance says the same. Since Anisukii only uses that kind of cookie and storage, we don’t show a banner. If we ever add other kinds of cookies, we will ask for your permission before using them.
Third-party content
Your browser downloads the fonts from Google Fonts and some images from AniList and Crunchyroll. Those services receive your IP address but, in our checks, don’t set cookies. See the privacy policy for details.
How to delete or block them
- Signing out deletes the session cookie.
- You can delete cookies and site data for anisukii.com in your browser’s privacy settings (in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, under cookies and site data).
- You can also block them, but then you won’t be able to sign in and the site won’t remember your preferences.
Changes to this policy
If the cookies or storage the site uses change, we will update this table and its “last updated” date.
